Shelby County Community Services Agency (CSA) is excited to announce its relocation to 1188 Minna Street, Memphis, TN 38104.  The office located at 2670 Union Extended, Suite 500, will be closed Friday, April 23, 2021, in preparation for the move and will reopen on Monday, April 26th at 8 AM in the new location.

The utility assistance office, in the Hickory Ridge Mall, will remain open until Friday, June 18, 2021; however, utility assistance will also be accessible at the 1188 Minna location starting April 26th.  Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, limited face-to-face appointments will be allowed.  You are encouraged to utilize CSA’s online platforms to apply for services during this time, which may be found on this website.
