SHELBY COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICES AGENCY (CSA) IS NOW ACCEPTING DROP-OFF UTILITY APPLICATIONS.

Applications can be dropped off via a drop box at:

Please note, due to COVID-19, there are no face-to-face interactions and you will not be allowed to speak with CSA staff when dropping off utility applications.

If you have received assistance between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2019 you are eligible to apply online at:  https://thosolutions.com/TNOnlineApplication.

New customers should email a completed application with required documents to LIHEAP@shelbycountytn.gov or mail in a paper application.
