CSA will continue to offer the online calendar to book an in-person LIHEAP appointment for utility assistance 
at 1188 Minna Pl.

       *IMPORTANTIf you already have a CSA appointment scheduled, please   

                                     keep your existing appointment to receive timely services.

MLGW’s downtown location (245 S. Main) will serve as a CSA CO-LOCATION for LIHEAP assistance appointments starting June 15.
