Supportive Services

Supportive Services provides wrap-around case management and community linkage to individuals and families who have: 

  • A household income that meets the 125% CSBG poverty guidelines. 
  • A permanent residence in Shelby County.
  • A desire to achieve independence, growing beyond the need for services.
  • A current circumstance that is affecting your household’s ability to thrive.
